Another jumble bag update. I think I'm adding rather than subtracting...


POSTED:

• The Boyz: Sangyeon/Haknyeon, 500  11000 words, posted May 5
  • Summary: dream sharing during Kingdom
  • Stopped because: focusing on milcob fest fic
  • Likelihood of finishing: 9/10, will most likely be my next fic
  • The whole reason I wanted to make a new post....it's finally done after starting it about a year ago!
• I've posted 13 (wow) other fics in between updates but I won't list them here since they were only wips long enough for me to write them

ABANDONED:

A.C.E

• Donghun/Jun/Chan, 500 words
  • Summary: canon compliant, following ace from their survival shows to present-ish and all of them getting together
  • Stopped because: It feels....extremely ambitious and I don't really want to write something as long as it feels like it would need. It would need to be condensed, probably in timeline
  • Likelihood of finishing: 2/10
  • Updates: I think ACE being inactive right now is probably a death knell for any ACE fics for the moment. I will move to wip graveyard so it's not technically deleted but I don't see myself touching this maybe ever again

Seventeen

• Mingyu/Minghao, 300 words
  • Summary: Mingyu builds a house next to where Minghao lives, based on that one interview
  • Stopped because: the plot for this one is kinda vague..much more a 'feelings/internal' fic than a plot one, which makes it harder to think about
  • Likelihood of finishing: 2/10
  • Updates: I'm moving this into the wip graveyard but maybe i'll come back to it if I write one of the other svt fics and dive into svt again?

JUMBLE BAG:

Ateez

• Seonghwa/Hongjoong, 507 words
  • Summary: Hongjoong realizes he's jealous
  • Stopped because: well I didn't really intend to start it yet, I just wanted to get words down while they were in my head
  • Likelihood of finishing: 8.5/10 (room for other things to grab me first but it's pretty high on the list)

BTS

• Seokjin/Yoongi, 800 words
  • Summary: a soulmate au involving lots of choice and free will, with world building taken from the good place and an episode of black mirror. 
  • Stopped because: I have so little of it written and would need to probably watch all of in the soop to get back into characterizations
  • Likelihood of finishing: 6/10? I hope? I honestly really love this idea and would love to write it for yoonjin. It would be hard to recycle the idea into svt or tbz - having a smaller cast is a plus for this structure. But I would have to really commit to writing it since it's at the beginning.
  • Updates: i could go wild and write it as an onf fic, or I could write as BTS. I am putting this one off until I can look at vmin and decide if I'm done with writing BTS after it
• Jimin/Taehyung, 30,000 words
  • Summary: heist fic...I was so ambitious when I first started writing bts fic lol
  • Stopped because: went to grad school, had no time, stalled out
  • Likelihood of finishing: 8/10 of all the wips in my graveyard this one kills me the most. 30k??? it's over halfway done lol just another like...20k to go rip
  • Updates: I'm thinking maybe I'll start in july...haha...rip

Seventeen

• Seokmin/Minghao, 280 words
  • Summary: fortune teller Minghao tells Seokmin he will fall in love
  • Stopped because: never really started!! But I still think the idea of saju is really fun
  • Likelihood of finishing: 5/10 
  • Updates: I still like the idea but it's so far down the list of priorities lol
• Jeonghan/Seokmin/Minghao, 1600 words
  • Summary: polyamory negotiations everywhereeeee. Established Seokhao, seokmin starts dating Jeonghan, eventually minghao realizes he wants to also date Jeonghan
  • Stopped because: I was in the middle of a hardcore writing slump
  • Likelihood of finishing: 7/10 if I were to finish one svt wip it would be this one
  • Updates: still high on my svt list. second update is unchanged..this one plus vmin feel the most unfinished that I still want to finish

The Boyz

• Sangyeon/Juyeon, 1300 words
  • Summary: juyeon doesn't realize sangyeon is bi
  • Stopped because: other tbz wips grabbed me more....
  • Likelihood of finishing: 6/10, I may want to rework it?? Don't currently love everything i have written and have not plotted anything else
  • Updates: not really thinking about this fic atm, I have other tbz stuff to write first
• Jacob/Hyunjae/Juyeon/Eric, 518 words
  • Summary: pwp sequel to the spinoff fic I wrote for pop's checkmate fic
  • Stopped because: pwp is hard lol
  • Likelihood of finishing: ???/10 i feel like it would be easier to finish if I told myself no one needed to read it lol
• Secret fic......secret number of words
  • I can't say much about this I'm just putting it on here to tease pop :)

EXID

• Solji/Hyojin/Hani, 880 words
  • Summary: lol this fic.......this would be a companion to the vmin heist fic. EXID heist, I said it! Though this one would focus more on the relationship than the heist. Solji comes back to ask them to do another job, Hyojin and Solji dated before Solji disappeared, now Hyojin is dating Hani...yeah
  • Stopped because: no point finishing if vmin isn't done, rip
  • Likelihood of finishing: omg I have no idea. EXID is a dead fandom and I have 20k of vmin to write before I could even touch this but....girls T_T
  • Updates: hahaha.....yeah we'll see once I dive into vmin
